Our barn is one of the most popular Dallas wedding venues in the area so we thought we’d share some popular wedding dates to help you choose the best date for your wedding.
Dates of Personal Significance
A date that has personal significance to you and your fiancé is a great place to start when looking at what date to get married. Whether it was the day you met or your grandparent’s wedding anniversary. Dates like these are not only special to you but are typically easier to remember.
Similar to personally significant dates, holidays also hold a lot of significance for couples. There are many pros and cons to holiday weddings but if you met on a holiday or you and friends and family have a lot of time off work around the holidays it might be worth looking in to whether a holiday wedding date is right for you.
Fair Weather Dates
For those local to Texas, we all know how unpredictable our weather is. June, September and October are considered the months with the best weather to get married, due to their milder weather. Most couples would rather get married on a sunny mild day than a stormy, cold day or in a sweltering heat. However because of these dates popularity it also means we are at our busiest which could mean the date you want is already booked a year or two in advance.
