We love a wedding with a pop of color, but there’s something enchanting an all white wedding at our bright white blank canvas venue. If you would like to have a white on white wedding here are some tips for pulling one off.
Mix Textures & Shapes
When you don’t have color in the mix to make things visually interesting add textures and shapes. When it comes to decorating your tablescape try layering an intricate lace pattern over a solid linen and add interesting silhouettes for your dinnerware.
Play with Shades
Subtle change in tone add depth and interest to your design. Play with different shades of white and don’t be afraid to add some off-white and cream shades. Get creative with your florals from soft cream garden roses to dramatic peonies. Because white blooms tend to blend together don’t be afraid to add filler greenery for separation.
Add a Touch of Silver
To elevate your design further, add touches of silver throughout. From your dinner ware to the candles for your ceremony. If silver is to strong of a contrast for you, try mother of pearl which has a subtle and elegant iridescence.
Food & Drink
Don’t stop with the theme of white with just you decor. Incorporate white foods and white wine or champagne to really play up the fun of tone on tone.
